A: Resora is built with patient privacy in mind. We never ask for personal health records, diagnoses, or identifying information. All sessions are educational, not medical advice, and no data is stored or shared without your consent. Our platform follows strict HIPAA-aware guidelines to protect your information—so you can explore your options with confidence.

A: Resora is a nurse-led patient education platform designed to support individuals navigating complex therapies. Our webinars provide clear, MLR-compliant information that helps patients feel more prepared, less anxious, and more engaged in their treatment plans.
A: No. Resora does not diagnose, treat, or offer individualized medical advice. We exist to reinforce the provider-patient relationship—not replace it.
A: All sessions are delivered live by licensed nurses or educators with experience in the therapy area. They follow structured, clinically reviewed content and encourage patients to bring specific medical questions back to you.

A: We address treatment basics, administration, side effects, patient expectations, emotional impact, access barriers, and how to prepare for the next provider conversation—all in patient-friendly language.

A: No. We don’t collect personal health information. Patients can join anonymously, and we do not share any data with third parties.
